Your privacy is important, so we'd like to explain what information we collect when you visit this web site, why we collect it and how it is used. What information do we collect from you? Why?

If we collect personal contact information (as described below), you may later access and modify it, and remove it from our system. You may choose simply not to provide personal contact information by opting-out at the point of collection.

If you were to purchase from us through payment buttons such as PayPal, we will request your name, street address, or other "real world" contact information. This is necessary to ship your order to you. However, on an affiliate only site, we have no need to do that. If you purchase from one of our affiliates, they will be the ones to collect your information, not us.

Your actual payment information (i.e., your credit card information) (if you were to buy from us) is handled by the service we use to process that information (in our case PayPal), and no one in our company will ever see it, or have access to it. All we get from them is your shipping address and contact information, the items you want, and the pricing of the order.....nothing else.

This information is used to complete and support the immediate activity requested, and to comply with any requirements of law. This information may be disclosed only to our staff, to our immediate agents, or law enforcement authorities with a properly executed search warrant.

When you use any of our Sites that requires payment to us, the only personal information we collect is what was described above. You may later modify the information, and have it removed simply by contacting us. You may choose simply not to provide actively gathered information by opting-out at the point of collection. Some Sites may employ an outside agency to manage an opt-in list for us, and you may choose to add your name and email address to our emailing list to be notified of new products or temporary specials that we may have from time to time. You will have immediate access to your information through the outside vendor's web site, and can remove your information at any time.

We may collect information actively generated by the purchase of a product or service, such as a payment method, but none of the customer's personal details, such as card or account numbers. That information remains in the custody of the payment processor, and we never see it. Any other information is used to support the immediate activity requested, and to comply with any requirements of law. This information may be disclosed only to our staff, our immediate agents, or law enforcement authorities with a properly executed search warrant.

As you browse our Site, we may gather navigational and click-stream data that shows what pages are visited and how long various features are used. Our current services for that are the standard Blogger analytics, Wordpress statistical plug-ins and sometimes Google Analytics. This information cannot reveal your identity or be linked to you personally. We use this information to complete and support the immediate activity requested, to help us determine our future sales tactics, and to comply with any requirements of law. It is also used to see how people in general are using our site, in order to help us determine where we are holding our customer's attention, or losing customers, so that we can modify our site to make it a better experience for our customers. This information may be disclosed only to our staff, our immediate agents, or law enforcement authorities with a properly executed search warrant.

We may disclose your information if necessary to protect our legal rights or if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct. Disclosure may be required by law or if we receive legal process.

What are cookies? Why do we use them?

Cookies are small files stored by your browser in your computer when you visit our Site. The Blogger program, Wordpress statistical plug-ins and the Google Analytics program uses cookies to provide us with information to improve our Sites and make them easier to use. Cookies permit the visited Site to recognize users and avoid repetitive requests for the same information. We mostly use "session cookies" that are automatically deleted after each visit. Cookies from our Sites can't be read by other sites. Most browsers will accept cookies until you change browser settings to refuse them.

How do we protect information we collect?

We offer secure web pages to collect certain kinds of user information and we store certain kinds of data in encrypted form. We follow reasonable technical and management practices to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system. While no computer system is completely secure, we believe the measures implemented by our Site reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved.

Once you make a choice to purchase something and hit the "buy now", "add to cart" button, or "shopping cart" buttons you are taken to a highly secure PayPal (or other payment processor) page, and are no longer on our site. When payment is completed you are then usually returned to a "thank you" page on our main site at Azgrand.com.

How long do we keep user information?

We generally keep user data on our server or in our archives for as long as we reasonably need it. We may alter this practice according to changing requirements. For example, we may delete some data if needed to free up storage space. We may keep other data for longer periods if the law requires it. In addition, information posted in a public forum could stay in the public domain indefinitely.

Also, to facilitate bookkeeping, product flow, and for backup purposes, we may physically print orders and other necessary paperwork, which is later secured in our private office files. No paperwork is kept longer than three years, after which it is cross-cut shredded and destroyed.

Data management requests are administered in an orderly manner to the extent feasible and within our direct control. Note: we have greater control over recently collected data than for archived data. Once data is removed from the system and archived, it may not be feasible to accommodate specific requests. In those cases, our general data retention policy applies.

Our Terms of Service take precedence over any conflicting Policy provision. We may change our Policy at any time by revising it here and posting a new version on our Site.

This Policy is governed by AR law, excluding conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions against us must be commenced in AR within one year after the claim arose, or be barred.
